About Our Practice
The Animal Medical Center of Orland Park in Orland Park, IL, has served the local community and their pets for over thirty years. AMC's mission is to treat every pet we see as if they were one of our own.
Owned & operated by veterinarian Dr. Bryan Lantow, the Animal Medical Center is open Monday - Saturday and staffed by four experienced veterinarians & a team of professional vet technicians. Every member of our staff is committed to creating a family environment for your pet by providing love, respect, and kindness. We strive to provide a superior level of medical care to every pet that comes through our doors.
Our staff treats dogs, cats, rabbits, and some other small mammals at the center. The clinic features a highly-qualified staff, state-of-the-art equipment, full-service boarding and grooming facilities.

Dr. Lantow, the owner of Animal Medical Center, is a graduate of Iowa State University. He is proud to say that AMC has been serving the community for over 30 years. He encourages growth potential for doctors and staff on a daily basis, by providing up-to-date information on the latest advancements in veterinary technology. He and his staff consistently strive to provide quality care and excellent customer service to the AMC client family. Dr. Lantow has a cat named Archie.
Dr. Kirsten Handke-Jeffers, DVM

Dr. Handke is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has been practicing at the Animal Medical Center since 1999. A resident of Illinois, she lives with her husband and three cats named Marco, Maxie, and Merlin. Although she still considers Ohio "home," she holds veterinary licenses in Illinois & Ohio. Aside from veterinary medicine, other favorite things include football (GO BUCKEYES!), travel and last but not least CHOCOLATE!

Dr. Porcelli is a University of Illinois graduate. He has a special interest in orthopedic medicine and pain management, as well as being credentialed in stem cell therapy. In addition to caring for his regular canine and feline patients, he also sees small mammals. He lives with his wife and daughter, plus two cats, Buckley and Cotton.
Dr. Amy Rose, DVM

Dr. Rose is a 2001 University of Illinois graduate. After graduation, she went on to complete a small animal medicine and surgery internship at Mississippi State University. She has been practicing at Animal Medical Center since 2003. Dr. Rose lives with her husband and two children, plus two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Levi and Betty, 2 guinea pigs, and a parakeet. She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends.
